It’s simple to operate – all users have to do is swipe out a HAVmeter at the start of their shift from the docking station and pop it onto the tagged tools they are using. They return the HAVmeter – no more calculations.
It delivers accurate exposure calculations – the system calculates exposure over all tools used in any one shift, no matter how many tools are used. The HAVmeter interacts with coded tags which carry specific vibration data on each tool. No more relying on manufacturers’ data.
It eradicates paper – the system automatically downloads any individual’s exposure data. We produce the reports for you and these are admissible to HSE.
It delivers reporting on asset performance and tracks fleet – because every tool is tagged with the most up to date vibration data, we can deliver full and accurate reporting on full fleets of assets. This offers the ability to reduce maintenance costs.
It acts as a warning system – the HAVmeter will sound an alarm if any tool is operating outside its expected exposure bands. It will also tell staff when they are approaching their EAV and ELV.
Our system can consolidate data across ATEX and non-ATEX sites.
