The team below are the senior figures here at ATR.

• Keith Moorhouse

  Chief Executive

  Keith joined ATR as Director responsible for Sales and Operations, forming part of a private equity backed Management Buy In team in 2007.  Prior to joining ATR, Keith held a number of senior positions within the BSS Group plc including Regional MD (Scotland and Northern England).

  In 2009 Keith became CEO and was responsible for securing significant investment in the Group’s fleet of assets, its supporting infrastructure and key talent. Keith personally commits to ensuring that the client is at the heart of everything ATR does.

  In March 2012, Keith led a secondary MBO which saw NBGI Private Equity investing in the Group with an ambitious strategy for growth through product and service line expansion, acquisitions and geographic expansion. As part of this strategy In June 2012, ATR acquired Underwater Engineering Services Ltd a specialist equipment provider to the subsea oil and gas industry.

  Keith is also Chairman of Highland League Football Club Cove Rangers. During Keith’s tenure the club has enjoyed considerable success winning the League title on three occasions in 2001, 2008 and 2009.

• Mike Robertson

  Operations Director

  Mike joined ATR in 2009 as Operations Director responsible for the QHSE and Operations. As well as being focused on operations, stores and logistics Mike is also responsible for ensuring that we maintain a safe working environment for all of our employees and that our customers’ requirements are satisfied.

  Mike has spent over 30 years in the offshore oil and gas industry having initially started his career as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.  After working offshore for a number of years, Mike joined Rigblast in Aberdeen where he stayed for 29 years holding various roles including Commercial Manager in Aberdeen and Houston and Supply Chain Manager responsible for their equipment and logistics division. Prior to joining ATR, Mike was a Contract Manager at BP. 

  Mike graduated from The Robert Gordon University with an MSc in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply.

  Mike is married with one daughter.

• Euan Leask

  Chief Financial Officer

  Euan joined ATR Group in February 2012 as Chief Financial Officer following NBGI Private Equity’s investment in the Group.

  A chartered accountant, Euan graduated in economics and politics from Aberdeen University and accountancy from Strathclyde University before training as a CA with Deloitte in Aberdeen. Following completion of his CA, Euan moved into leverage finance latterly working with RBS as Head of Structured Finance in Aberdeen providing debt for private equity backed buy-outs and corporate acquisitions.

  In 2008, he joined Triton Group, a private equity backed group providing equipment and services to the subsea oil and gas industry, initially as Corporate Development Director responsible for the group’s acquisition activity and later as Chief Financial Officer. In August 2010, Euan was involved in the merger of Triton Group with four other oilfield service companies to form Forum Energy Technologies and became VP Corporate Development responsible for acquisition activity in the eastern hemisphere. 

  Euan is married with two young children (a son and a daughter).
